  • First Appointment (In-Person & Virtual)
    In-Person What to Bring: Insurance Card (most recently issued version) Valid Photo ID Copayment (if applicable) What to Expect: We ask that you arrive approx. 15 min prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to complete all necessary paperwork. All copayments and fees will be due at the time of service. If you are not sure if you have a copay, inquire with your insurance company or with our office staff. Acceptable forms of payment include: cash, credit card, debit card, & check Virtual Check your email for appointment link. Log on and start session!
  • Session Fees
    Out of Pocket Session Fees: Clinical Intake Assessment : $200 Individual | Family | Couples Session : $150* Missed Appointment Fee: $75 Sliding Fee Arrangements Available Upon Request *please note that insurance does not cover couples sessions
  • Location
    Our office is conveniently located at 1635 Mineral Spring Ave in North Providence, RI, near the Lowes. Our ofice suite is on the second floor. There is a large parking lot located in front of the building which is available for client use at any time. Go through the automatic doors, take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor. If using stairs turn left, elevator turn right through the double doors past the dentists office. Our offlice is located on the right side of the hallway. Please come in, check in at the front desk and take a seat in our waiting room.

  • Emotional Support Animal Letters
    Pets can provide significant emotional support for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our office can supply letters for campus or private housing accommodations for Emotional Support Animals (ESA). ESA Consultations take place online via Telehealth video session. **As of February 2021, our office no longer supplies ESA letters for airline travel** The fee for an ESA consultation is $125. This fee is not covered by health insurance. ESA letters expire after one year. The renewal fee for an ESA letter is $85. Step 1: Contact our Office Manager at to set up a screening for an ESA eligibility. Step 2: Complete 60 minute consultation. Step 3: Receive your ESA letter from one of our qualified therapists.
